Client Responsibilities

Devices submitted for repair must not contain illegal software, content, or hardware modifications. You also agree to pick up devices promptly after notification of service completion. Service Limitations

While we make every effort to resolve issues efficiently, some repairs may be subject to manufacturer limitations or unavailable parts. We do not guarantee recovery of damaged hardware, non functioning software, or inaccessible data. Service timelines are estimates and not binding deadlines. Hardware or software compatibility, third-party restrictions, or previous damage may hinder repair outcomes. If a repair cannot be completed, we will inform you promptly and suggest alternatives. Hartley Computers is not responsible for losses due to delays, data loss, or functionality gaps unless caused by negligence. We aim to communicate openly about what is feasible and what is not.

Warranty and Liability

Our services may include a limited warranty for specific repairs, generally ranging from 7 to 30 days depending on the issue. Warranties cover only the original service and parts used. They become void if the device is tampered with post repair or used outside normal conditions.
